Recruitment Criteria:

The BlackCat News is going to launch on satellite and we are currently recruiting for the following positions:

BlackCat News is looking for a District/Block Correspondent / Visual Editor / Voice Over Artist /Anchor to join BlackCat News team.

The ideal candidate will work on developing and delivering, quality and true content for our audience

Are you energetic, creative and good skilled ? then this is the right place for you.

That does not matter the candidate is fresher or experienced but the ideal candidate must be energetic and creative and have some of the following skills:

• Candidates must be speak,read, write and talk their own local language.
• Strong speaking power with a good manner and an understanding of how to craft a story for The Black Cat News audience.
• The ability to create strong local leads and develop stories The ability to work in tight deadlines on a fast-moving newsroom.
• An interest in local news and in highlighting issues important to communities.
• A relevant third level qualification.
• Knowledge of the local area would be ideal but is not essential.
• Experience with video shooting/editing / voice over and photoshop is ideal, but an appetite to learn such skills is also welcome.
• A willingness to share ideas and to work with others.
• A full driving licence is an advantage.
